In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999 of 13 December (Ley Orgánica 15/1999), GOOD LAW, S.L. (“GOOD LAW, S.L.”) informs people (the “user”) accessing the web pages within the website http://www.sanchezdeleonabogados.com (the “website”) that GOOD LAW S.L. holds a database of personal data created for the purpose of managing its relationship with the users.
By users merely entering the website, GOOD LAW, S.L. is capable of collecting certain traffic information on the user which is indispensable for administering the relationship with the user. This data is: the user’s Internet browser and computer operating system, the IP address from which the user connects and the date and time of connection.
No third party beyond GOOD LAW, S.L. can access the users’ personal data under any circumstances, unless obtaining first the express consent from the user.

The said request should contain the following information: user name and surname, address for notification purposes and photocopy of the national ID card or passport. In case of representation, this should be proven through a reliable document.
GOOD LAW, S.L. commits to comply with its obligation to protect the privacy of personal data and its duty to safeguard said data, and will take necessary measures to prevent unauthorized modification, loss, processing or access of data, in compliance with the Reglamento de Desarrollo de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, approved by the Real Decreto 1720/2007, of 21 de december.
2. Collecting data from curriculum vitae
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999 of 13 December, you are informed that your personal data, as stated in the curriculum vitae you have sent us, will be included in a database under the charge of GOOD LAW, S.L., domiciled in c/ Monte Esquinza nº 28 – 6º (Madrid), with the purpose of managing and processing personnel recruitment. By merely sending such data to us voluntarily, you expressly authorize GOOD LAW, S.L., to manage the data for the aforementioned purpose. Likewise, you are informed that you have the right to access, delete, change and oppose the processing of your personal data as established in the cases stipulated by law.
